MatchZy scrim / match commands

!readyMarks you as ready. When enough players are ready, MatchZy can start the match setup/live flow.
!unreadyRemoves your ready status before the match goes live.
!pauseRequests a match pause. Depending on config, this is a normal team pause or tactical pause.
!unpauseVotes to resume. If players paused it, both teams usually need to confirm.
!tacRequests a tactical timeout for your team when tactical pauses are available.
!techTechnical pause command. In this MatchZy build it is limited/WIP, so admins may use forcepause instead.
